A Walk in the Countryside

Visualize yourself walking down a country lane in the summer afternoon sun, listening to the birds singing, smelling the sweet air. Bring all your senses into the visualization.

Then, you come to a gate, and when you go through it, you enter the most beautiful garden with luxuriant flowers, shady trees, and a soft lawn. Bees are humming, birds darting at the edge of a wild pond, a few swans swim past and the air is laden with summer scents. You are completely at ease here; you are safe, relaxed and feel ​great happiness.
